**************************************************************. The worse experience ever. If I new that would do me like that with fixing my car I would never go there. I bought my Toyota at that place but when I had to fix it that was a nightmare. If I could give them negative star it would be ******** . I am warning everybody don't do business and anything this this dealership.

Deceptive Marketing/Service Sales Practices: On two occasions Toyota Direct service center has tried to obtain my business (which they were already getting). The first is leaving "urgent messages" about a new vehicle I purchased from them, implying safety or warranty issues. Rather than just saying, "your vehicle is due for it's oil change and inspection", they use this tactic to generate a call-back to schedule service, admitting nothing is actually urgent, and there is no warranty issue. HORRIBLE Service buying a car at Toyota Direct. Wish I could give negative stars. The sales person was very nice and seem to be very helpful. But as far as management and finance managers, they are very sneaky with what they do will get every last dollar they can out of you. After buying a ***** mini van from Toyota direct/direct drive. When we took it for a test drive the van kept beeping. The sales guy showed us some button to turn off the automatic doors as a safety feature and thats why it was beeping well sure enough after we bought it. It wasnt a safety feature. The doors werent working properly. After going back in forth them they agreed to at least fix the rollers and we would here back from them finally after a week or so the service department called to schedule and appointment to fix ... read more

When buying the 2020 GMC Acadia (July 12, 2021), during the conversation, I asked how the Car Fax looked. The salesman (*************************) said it was "clean". We test drove the car, bought the car, and signed that they gave me the Car Fax report, not reading it based on his "clean report" comment. They all had no experience and not professional Because when I took my car to do oil change and alignment and they didn’t do it and they charge me for it three time I took my car car to them and they says oh our technician he is in training relay

My young college student daughter went to this dealership for an oil change and left with a bill for over $1500. I have left 2 messages for the service department manger with no return call. Since they don't feel the need to call me back, tells me that they are aware and feel they also to advantage of a young lady and I want to make sure this doesn't happen to any other family. My family have several Toyota's and will make sure we never get our vehicles serviced at this dealer and want to pass on to everyone out there that s... read more
