I delivered my car to Toyota Direct on Sept 28 and did not get my vehicle back until October 4th. They knew that I was bringing my vehicle in because of water leakage from the roof rail which is covered by Toyota Customer Support program at no cost to me, the Customer. I received several texts, never a phone call to advise that the parts would not be in until monday (latest, according to service advisor *****). Visited Toyota Direct and was told we couldn’t buy a Toyota Venza without a trade by the sale person. He would not let us in the show room or to even see one that was on the lot. Doesn’t this seem to be discrimination? He said people are flipping cars so they can’t sell someone a car who doesn’t have a trade on the Venza. This is absurd. Please help stop this from occurring at Toyota Direct.

Re: Buy out the lease of my car. Tuesday, 12/6/22, I spoke to *****twice; once he was to return the call and didn't. The second time, he only provided half of the information and sent me to Toyota Financial Services to find where to send the payment and find out the taxes, title and junk fees. Since nobody works at TFS, their automated system said they will send the info to Toyota Direct. I have not heard back from the dealership. PART Toyota Direct CHAT asked "Jennifer" to answer simple questions regarding my OEM Toyota TrueStart battery. Unable to answer referring to her "team". She gave me the 800# to call to answer my question. This employee gave me a MEDICAL ALERT ORDER line ... deliberately lying to me, when l pointed it out, she gave me another 800# which was disconnected. Also, the link she gave was not to the parts dept but instead went to ToyotaDirect employee page. WHAT HORRIFIC SERVICE! - Lies and blatant misrepresentation.

Toyota Direct is a horrible place to purchase a car. I was not given the full amount of my pay off for the vehicle I already had. I was told I would be given $1000.00 and on reality was given $500.00. They took $500.00 out of my down payment and the $500.00 they gave me and paid off the truck I had. That is the first dishonest thing they did. Secondly their service department ripped me off on services I didn't even ask for. I went in for an oil change and later received an invoice for $464.00. Salesperson ***************************** responded to my inquiry on October 9, 2022, regarding a 2015 ************* I was interested in purchasing. He told me the vehicle was available but the keys had been misplaced. He then informed me that new keys were being made and assured me that he would contact me once the vehicle was available to look at. Dealership told me the won't sell a car or pre-order one if I didn't have a trade in. Also told me that they would give me msrp if I did trade in. Probably to low ball me. Shady business with shady practices. Reporting this to Toyota usa

I live in another state different from dealership. I've never in my life heard you can't buy a car without a trade in. I should have read reviews before ever contacting about buying.

I purchased my car in December, had good experience with the sales person but the service department was not the same experience. I had a leak in my tire , one tire so i rode up to Toyota Direct on Thursday and before i ask if they could take a look at my car i heard a worker say we are extremely busy to someone. So i went in to make a appt. young lady looked and i had to wait until Monday.
