Friendly and helpful staff. There is another Toyota dealership within the region have a larger customer waiting room with more amenities, however this one is nice enough with very comfortable chairs. They understand that many people are on a budget and are willing to work with customers. This keeps many people coming back time and time again, even though there maybe closer dealerships to them.
