went in for a oil change yesterday they said about a hour and half. i told them i'll be in the break room. So i walking around and saw the car being parked ready to go. I was waiting for them to call or look for me. 10 minutes passed by and finally i went to ask for my truck. Guess the service guy that helped me went to lunch or break. So if it wasnt for me seeing the car coming out and asking about it. i'll probably would of been in the breakroom for a longer period. I bought my car here in January. The experience was great! Maintenance department leaves much to be desired. I thought I bought the extended warranty for maintantance when I bought the car. I have been here twice before for my oil change and have paid absolutely nothing! Came in today and apparently that warranty never existed?!?!? Just spent an hour and a half waiting for an oil change:.. Left without one. THE MANAGER told me... Well we won't charge you for the two that we messed up on...
