I've been a loyal customer of Toyota Chula Vista since 2007. Today I went in to get my car for a routine service n they tell me it's going to be a 3 hrs wait. I said ok no problem I'll use the service shuttle to get a ride home. This is where the service representative tells me that the shuttle is no longer picking up. So the service shuttle will give you a ride wherever you want but will not pick you up! This makes no sense because you've just dropped off your car!!!
