Customer service department is aweful!! I made an appointment- but that didn't matter. I told them I needed a ride to AND from home when I made the appointment and then when I got there I was told they only give rides one way!! One way?? Are you kidding?!!! My small little auto shop (Ted's Garage) is able to transport both ways! I am here on a factory recall!!!

I was very disappointed and mad. I had an appt 9 got there on time and they lined up my car into walk-ins! Waited for almost 2 hrs!!! I hoped next time they will follow up with the customer even it's walk in.
Lo que no me parese es que notiene servicio deque terecojan en tu casa estube ayer 4 hrs esperando mi carro medijeron que en 2 estaba y no espero y mañana que lleve el otro carro no pase lo mismo
