It was a long wait for just Change oil service and Customer service was not great either. Maybe I will it to Toyota. El Cajon next time even it is a little farther. That Toyota of Chula Vista is getting bad each time I go there. If you want good reviews better improve ASAP .
I was there for a routine appointment. I was in line waiting inside my car for 45 minutes before I was finally seen by a service rep. I asked the service rep to get it expedited because I have an appointment right after. The service rep promised to get it done inside an hour. An hour and twenty minutes later, I was called that it was done. I MISSED MY OTHER APPOINTMENT!! I am in the market for a Toyota Highlander but it looks like I won't be getting it from this place...
Excellent service. Walk in service for key fob programming was completed faster than expected.

Great experience all around but I would recommend an appointment to avoid long wait time. Friendly employees, and they even washed my car. ❤️
No me gustó que nos dijeron que se tardarían 2 horas y media y si no preguntamos después del tiempo prometido no nos avisan que se quedaría hasta la tarde el carro por lo que perdimos la mañana
