I have been a client of them for over 12 years, on my 2nd truck now, always good service and fast, my turnaround this morning was 55 minutes for my regular scheduled service.
Estoy muy contento con mi nuevo Corolla 2018 que compré el 26 de Noviembre 2017, muy buena atención de todo el personal en especial Luis Bezares y Mireya Perez, me dieron muy buenos consejos y ayuda por ser primer comprador de carro. Nos vemos en 2 semanas para recoger las placas y documentos del DMV de mi carro. Saludos!
Terrible experience and the manager (Edward Ruiz) lied to me. I did an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked my car up it was missing an antenna. Edward said he checked the cameras and the car never had an antenna. I later found the antenna was removed and placed inside my car so clearly the cameras were never checked. Furthermore, they added a bunch of undisclosed charges to my bill at the end of the service which I never had authorized. U get a coupon for a service and they don't take it . Very bad experience
