2yrs ago I was not a happy customer at this location, I have seen improvements and glad to see them! Still curious how one makes an appt for oil change and tire rotation but takes 3hrs!!

Came all the way to San Diego from Temecula with 5 kids after making an appointment to get my car serviced for the ONE SERVICE offered after purchased. Was told it would be free, then told after arrival we have to pay because I am a few months past my 2 years. I guess this is the treatment you get after spending almost 50k with this dealership!! The worst customer service EVER! Would not recommend purchasing from this location!!
