Toyota Provided Excellence Your service department has provided excellent service every time I have had my car serviced and routine check-ups. Work has been done on a timely manner, each service supervisors I have worked with provided me professional, kind courtesy. a hit and a miss I checked in, and mentioned I wanted the shuttle service, and an express oil change. I missed the shuttle by 1 minute. and had to wait 30 minutes to catch the next one. I received the call that one of my issues with the car wasn't covered by warranty, and when I picked up my car, I was told I ordered the 80,000 mile service and that's what I was charged for. I was bothered because I wanted the express oil change which is more than half the price, not the 90 something dollar oil change. I felt very backed int... read more

Outstanding salesmanship & service. I spent at least 8 hours over 3 days looking for the right car. Mr.David Flagg was the salesman who assisted me every time I was there. He was both courteous and professional while showing me a myriad of vehicles that might meet my long list of conditions and accessories. Recall and Battery Replacement Ho hum, had to wait about 3.5 hours for the recall work, and also had my truck battery replaced. I am hopeful the battery was bad, but I know there were a few "power" related issues. Nice service center, good people, all is good there!

35k servicce Usually I bring my car in to be serviced early in the morning and I get taken care of promptly. Today my appointment was at 2:50 PM. I had to wait at least 15 minutes for a service advisor to see me. He was nice, but in the future I will bring my car in early when there are more people available to attend to customers bringing their cars in for service.

oil change Awesome employee. He helped me out a lot. I went for an oil change and also got a free alignment check. I got there without an appointment and he was cool about it in giving me service on my suv.
