I carried my car to be serviced, under my ToyotaGuard plan. My fiancé and I waited and had the car serviced. The service department brought my car back out to me with a flat tire. A FLAT TIRE. The tires have a good amount of tread left and there was nothing wrong with the tire before we brought it. I was brought my car with a flat tire. Had I been by myself, I would have been out of luck. Even though they had no problem replacing it for free (because they had to), I will never bring my car back to Panama City Toyota.

Beware these grifters. I bought a Tacoma with 26k miles on it from them, and everything looked good on it. Came to finish up paper work and pick it up the next day and drove it off the lot without again inspecting it, not expecting anything to have changed. Wrong. it wasn't until later I noticed all the tires were dangerously cracked and low on tried. 26k mile vehicle with 200k mile tires on it. I'd assume this is a regular money-making scheme on their part. Poor form, Toyota.

I have had excellent experiences with the Service Department. I bought two vehicles from PC Toyota, one in 2014 and one recently. The Salesperson John Gause did an excellent job on my recent purchase, however, my experience with the Sales Director/Finance was not good.
