Service department is not so good. We Made a 730am appt for simple oil change and to check out the key fob at Panama City Toyota since this is where we purchased it, they were finally finished at 10:30- it’s just an oil change people, not rocket science. Geeze! And says there is no problem with my key fob or transponder, guess it’s normal to have to be 2 feet from your car to unlock the door and trunk on this particular 2018 model. I contacted Panama City Toyota online through AutoTrader inquiring about a used Corvette they had on the lot. I asked them to send me pictures of the interior--I had several within the hour! They asked me what I thought, but I was also looking at a few others. As it turns out, I did not buy from them because I found my dream car locally. (Did I mention I'm in Colorado?) Lucas (sales) and Ramsey (management) were great! Even though I'm miles and miles away, they took good care of me.
This is the only place we will buy from! Ramsey, Garrett, Rimon, & the rest of the finance & sales team are amazing!

Sold me a car with electrical issues that cost more than the car is worth and am now stuck with, also discovered there was a recall on this particular car.
Anthony in the service department did an excellent job in customer satisfaction. My car was towed there while I was on vacation. He returned my call, answered all my questions, was very informative and had me back on the road very quickly. Job well done! I highly recommend this place!
