Even with an appointment my oil change took 2.5 hours
Great experience in service department. Am here traveling. Had a minor issue that needed looked at before driving 300 miles home. Even though they were short staffed due to the recent storm, and working mostly by appointments only to service their loyal clients, they took the time to work me in and fix my issue.
