RecommendedIn my opinion, buying a car is one of the most stressful things. However, I had a great experience at Panama City Toyota only of because of my sales representative Austin Allen. He really did go out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking to purchase a car, then seriously take my advice & call Austin Allen up at Panama City Toyota. He’s the best!
Good service and good customer service.
service dept is unproffesional, they pencil whip inspection lists. went behind them and found things they said they checked but did not. Also they tried to convince me I had a cam housing leak that just happened to show up right after my warranty was up. repair was going to cost $2,000. I brought it to three other repair shops, guess what, no cam housing leak. Also rude sales managers, salesman will try to trick funk you as well.

We were in Watercolor/Seaside on vacation last month when the air conditioner on our Tahoe went out. After a call to our dealership in Texas to find out who locally would do repairs under our warranty, we took our car to Panama City Toyota. We were cranky and not hopeful, knowing we had a 20 hour drive back to West Texas in 3 days.....with no air. I can not say enough about the service department at this place.
