Car was left way below Empty, spoke with manager Chris and he said they only test drive it 4 miles. After a battery change, though? Also while my car was in the parking lot they towed it without my permission. Highly disappointed 😞 with service!

Poor customer service. Damaged our vehicle and refuses to repair it. Service manager is a piece of work!

Bought a vehicle through Toyota. Have been trying to contact someone in finance for over two weeks with no response. I'm getting the impression they only are concerned with the sales and not customer service.
