RecommendedWe bought a 4-Runner on Saturday due to needing more space. We were very happy with our salesperson, Richard Jones. He was friendly and not pushy. As is normal for me, I changed my mind on the vehicle we wanted after all the paperwork was complete and Richard and the rest of the team were supportive and not irritated. They really wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We bought used and didn’t feel pushed to buy a more expensive vehicle than our budget would allow.
Made 3rd vehicle purchase at Panama City Toyota. Super pleased with experience yet again! Sales John Nicholson was awesome throughout the buying process. They have done a great job to maintain my business throughout the entire dealership.....Thanks again!
Drove my ES 350 down from Montreal. Had an unfortunate event with a catastrophic failure. Alex and J.P really went out of their way to make sure the car was in pristine condition to get back home. I always have the best service at Panama City Toyota. The staff is so friendly and efficient. It’s hard to go anywhere else to purchase a car when you consistently get excellent service from them.
These are horrible people. My sister recently bought a used vehicle from them and they tried to commit fraud by telling her the loan that she'd been approved for by her bank was denied by her loan officer's boss. The loan officer had to argue with this dealership. My sister filed a complaint with the DMV and then was subsequently harassed, bullied, and treated with rudeness by Toyota.
