We had a great experience 5 STAR. Stanley Johnson recommended a vehicle that was not even put up for sale yet. We told him we were wanting to buy our son a vehicle for his 16th Birthday. Not only did they make this happen, they also put Balloons on the vehicle and gave him a envelope that said, “Happy Birthday on it.” Needless to say our son was speechless. Thank you to everyone that was involved with our purchase, you made this one of the easiest transactions we ever made.

So you can do 0% interest for 7 years for people when they buy new vehicles, but for people like me who are looking to save a little and buy used you want to charge 8% interest when the standard rate is somewhere between 3% & 5% right now. Then you want to act offended when asked for a lower rate, like used car money doesn't spend as well as new car money. I'm sorry my second class citizen/used car shopping self upset you with my presence. Me nor my money will ever bother you again.

Went in wanting to buy a new Tacoma about a month ago along with trading in my car. Appraised the car and said if the damage was fixed they would give more. Went back Monday and they offered less because they appraised the car with the wrong mileage. Shady practice since the previous appraisal had the correct mileage on it. Went to Marianna instead dealt with Mickey Bragg who was honest upfront and fair. I’ll be sure to bring my new truck to Panama City Toyota for the maintenance.

Bought and installed new tires from them. A few days later I noticed that I had a slow leak on 2 of my tires. I brought it back to them and spoke to Chad Milner. He had the techs check the tires and came back and said there was no leaks. I brought it to Doc’s Tires in Lynn Haven and they found leaks on those 2 tires. Very disappointing to see a nice looking dealership have below standard procedures and poor customer service. They spoke to me as if I was the problem.
The staff was very accommodating!! We are from out of town and had such an easy time purchasing a Highlander XLE at such a great value! We definitely recommend Panama City Toyota. Thank you, Richard!

if u want great service, a great price & want to be treated respectfully....DONOT go to Panama City Toyota.....head to Marianna Toyota, they go the extra mile to get u a car at the price u want to pay, and they do it respectfully!
