A big shouout to Leanne who runs the rental department. She helped me get into a very affordable rental for a week, And then I needed help and she got me into another car for a week while I was having my very old Sonic Hatchback fighting for life, when I pulled in to get my rental I pulled in behind a Jeep Renegade! Earlier this year, I had a disappointing experience at Toyota when I was looking to purchase a minivan. I felt like the sales staff looked down on me, and no one seemed willing to help.
