They’ve added a complimentary car wash after vehicle service and a delightful coffee bar. The hot mocha I had this morning was the best ever! I appreciate that they always call when it’s time for regular maintenance service. Employees are friendly and professional.
Best experience ever in buying a new car. Professional, prompt, courteous, no paper games or force sales. Got what I wanted at price I needed. Started request on line and was answered immediately. Made appt was educated on vehicle and test drove. Stan Johnson was awesome as were everyone that sealed my deal. Thank you. This is my 3rd Rav 4. Love Toyota!
Can't say enough for customer service today! My mom fell while having service work done and they went over and beyond to help and take care of her, and her car! Thank you very much!
Sean Clark made my buying experience amazing! Highly recommend him and PC Toyota. I am loving my new 4Runner. Thank you all so much!

They are all about customer service and putting their customer first. Friendly and professional. They tell you about how long to check your car, then communicate what they found, get your thoughts and then implement repair. Great experience!

Horrible service Dept. Took my Rav in for service. My glove box was sticking and would not open. They took it apart and would not put it back together wanted $500 to fix a part behind the GB but that part wasn’t under warranty??? And amazingly I had a screw in two tires but never got a tire warning and my tire man couldn’t find any screws🤥🤥🤥
Business response:
Hi Stacey, thank you for voicing your concerns. We take customer complaints very seriously at Panama City Toyota. We know that when you came in, unfortunately, your glove box was stuck due to the clips that hold it in and the cabin air filter door, which is behind the glove box, was causing it to bind and not open. Once we got it open and diagnosed the problem it would not stay shut. You did decline the glove box repair we offered. Unfortunately, we could not complete the tire rotate and balance due to their being 2 non- pat... read more
i felt at home. masks were not required. that made me feel like i had a choice.
Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle on a lift and noticed it was dripping oil. The diagnosis was that the engine had "blow by" of oil because the engine was worn out and I needed to replace the engine at a cost of over $6,000. The "expert Toyota mechanics" at this dealership could not turn off the engine warning lights. I am not a mechanic, but decided to look the engine over myself before I junked the truck at 164,000 miles. I discovered the... read more
Business response:
Hi Samuel, thanks for voicing your opinion. We found your visit from November of last year. You'd come in for diagnosis of all malfunction lights being on in the dashboard. One of our master technicians inspected this vehicle an determined that it had excess blow, causing oil to be in the air intake hose and on the mass air flow sensor. The valve cover gaskets were also leaking badly, causing oil to pool into the cylinder tubes and shorting out the spark plug coils. We recommended an engine replacement. We do apologize, but ... read more
