Out of state buyer. Gave them several days notice, still didn’t have car prepped or paperwork ready when I arrived. Took three hours and then was finally met with rude, borderline irate finance manager. Completely unprofessional.
This dealership is unethical and dishonest. They also used my information to submit a second credit app to which my loan was switched to their dealer financing. All of this was done without my consent even though I had my own financing.
Shop around. Bay Toyota had subpar customer service and bait and switch tactics on my trade that caused me to thankfully look elsewhere. Had me at $26,000 out the door on a new Corolla after and I got $22,639.20 elsewhere on an extremely similar new Corolla.
