The cleaning today was thorough and gentle. The time went fast because the hygienist was friendly and easy to get along with.
As always, your service was outstanding and there was no wait. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and excellent at their job. You have the latest technology, communication between the assistants and the dentists is immediate (through your headsets) and so people are there right when you need them, so there is never any wait. The result on my crowns was also great...perfect fit, and no pain. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful and well maintained. My experience at Grandview Dental has always been pleasant

Thank you for excellent care. I had bad pain last night and you worked me in today! And you quickly found the cause of my problem as a crack in my tooth.I am very impressed, as a few years ago I had a cracked tooth. But then that dentist told me it was TMJ, then sinus problems,recommended sinus surgery,and finally after many doctor visits, lots of time and money, and much sickness, a specialist found that it was a hairline crack in my tooth.
I had begun to think that front desk staff were trained to be curt, unhelpful, and downright unpleasant. That is, until I became a patient at Grandview Dental. This medical practice ought to give seminars on how to treat patients. We are greeted by name with a smile (!). We are not kept waiting. Staff are friendly and conversational. I actually feel like I am the purpose of their day and not an interruption to it. Thank you.
Great team & always positive experience. Appointments always on time. I have NEVER had to wait in the office, which is a pet peeve of mine. Shana is very personable, knowledgable, pragmatic, & thorough. Cannot recommend enough.
