3 hours is a long time to wait for one tooth. It was nice that the cap was on and I do not have to come back but it was a long time. The new tool you have that helps keep your mouth open is priceless the staff are priceless the nice lady who assisted could not have been more caring and attentive.
Everyone on the staff at Grandview Dental Care is excellent! They have made time for me in between appointments when I've had a problem that couldn't wait, on the same day I called. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Hoellrich are very good at what they do and always make you feel comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was nervous about trying a new dentist, but saw what great reviews Grandview Dental was getting from other patients, so I decided to give them a go. The circumstances of my visit weren't exactly comfortable - one of my molars was causing me excruciating pain - but the staff, hygentist, and dentist made me feel as comfortable as possible as soon as I walked in. Excellent experience from start to finish. Admitted right on time & throughout the visit I felt that I was receiving top notch care & attention.
Very kind and caring
The day after a very large repair on an old filling plus cleaning and I have no pain or discomfort. I didn't even need an aspirin after all that! Everyone was so nice. What amazes me the most is I NEVER feel the needle. I feel so welcome. The Dr and staff make you feel like family! All I can say is if you have been putting off dental work because your scared of needles or discomfort don't be! This is pain free dentistry at it's best!
The staff is always very courteous, professional and on time. I've never had a bad experience here.
We are new to the area and had a really great experience as first time patients. My daughter's anxiety issues were addressed with care and compassion. So happy to have found such a family-friendly and personable practice.
