My appt. was at 11:10am. I walked in and went to the facility, walked out and sat down to open a book that I had brought with me. The reason for the book is that many appt. that one has requires waiting for some minutes. Well I didn't have to wait, before I got the book open my name was called and a lovely young person was summoning me to come with her. We went to the area where my mouth would be worked on. As a first time patient my experience was very positive. The entire staff is extremely nice and accommodating (got me in right away). The office is decorated beautifully and very clean. I was very satisfied with the care I received.

We've been patients of Dr. Thompson for 19 years. We have always received "200%" effort from every staff member, and cannot say enough about them all. Whenever we have appointments, it even feels like a mini family reunion. Their work is always top notch; we highly recommend the entire Grandview Dental team.

I had a deep cavity I needed to get filled and everyone was very friendly throughout the entire process; from getting checked in to having the procedure. A+ on customer service. I felt very comfortable, well-taken care of, had all remaining questions answered and really liked how thorough Amanda and the doc. were! I will definitely be going back for my next cleaning and I would recommend their office to anybody. Thanks again, Dr. Hoellrich- glad I didn't need a root canal!

I was in and out quickly was pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire office team. Sarah did a great job repairing my tooth. It looks and feels at least as good as new.

Very caring and concerned about you as a patient. Your health and dental needs. Makes me feel so comfortable even when I was scared to be there at first. I would suggest anyone especially if your scared going to the dentist to this Office.

The staff was very nice and attentive and they did not try and get me to do anything I didn't want to have done will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
