While I was certainly not looking forward to something called "scaling and root planing", the whole experience was as pleasant as possible and not nearly as bad as I had imagined! I feel very fortunate to be a patient at Grandview Dental Care.
The experience was good, the staff friendly, thorough, and professional. The doctor tipped me off to a possible problem regarding an old crown that was wearing and would need replaced and thankfully, I did not feel pressured to fix it right away but he showed me x-rays and why he was concerned. Office staff were able to give me an estimated quote for that, with and without my insurance coverage.
Very friendly staff! I had a cavity that was fixed the process was painless and quick!:)
