The office is very clean and organized. The staff is so friendly. They even checked on my husband while I was back having my tooth pulled. Which was painless! I didn't even feel the shot! I wish I had found them years ago. I had Dr. Hoelich, he was so nice and very professional. He let me know everything that needed done as did his assistant. The dental assistant I had was Nicole. The staff is very friendly and professional. Everything they did was explained before proceeding. They were concerned about me, constantly checking to see how I was doing. The procedure I had done was the best. I would give Grandview Dental Care the highest recommendation.
The last couple times I have been here I have waited anywhere from 20-40 mins after my appt time without anyone saying anything. I understand it is the end of the day and most likely they will be behind. It would be nice for us to at least know. My hygienist is always great.
I have been a client of Grandview Dental for over 30 years and couldn't be happier with my care over the years.
