I had an EXCELLENT experience at Grandview Dental. The entire staff from the time I walked into the office with throbbing pain was kind, calming, and very efficient. Then I was presented with a very clear, straightforward presentation of my current dental need as the cost. The Dentist was very compassionate and explained my current situation with options. As is always the case, the services provided were professional and friendly. My hygienist went above and beyond by coaching me on my dental care techniques, and by answering questions related to my care, and the care of my family.

I was on a waiting list to be seen, since I was finding it difficult to set up an appointment to coincide with my work, and I was called by the office to offer an available time, that had been canceled. I was happy to get my cleaning and check up which was, as usual, done very quickly and professionally by the awesome staff. Thanks.

The staff is always very friendly and very efficient with the appointment. I was in and out with an x-ray, cleaning, and evaluation within 40 minutes.

I had my initial appointment on the morning of June 30 and was promised a treatment plan to document the scope and pricing of the work that needed done later that afternoon. July 8, I still have no treatment plan nor have I heard from anyone at the office. I call and I'm offered apologies and excuses about vacation and the holiday. I'm not angry, but I want to begin work as I've suffered mouth pain from my dental problems for some weeks. I request the plan and am promised it later that day.
