Today I had a very satisfying experience with Grandview Dental. It started from the sign-in desk all the way to my leaving the office. All very considerate and a thorough knowledge of what they were doing.
Due to last minute summer vacation plans I had to cancel and reschedule my 6 month cleaning. Your office did this at once and found a very convenient time for me a few days earlier than scheduled. I was very pleased. Then to make things even better I had a great experience with Heather as my new hygienist. She was professional, friendly, and gentle. GREAT EXPERIENCE, as always, at your office. Very pleasurable experience. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. My dental assistant is very professional and very friendly. She even went out of her way to let my fiance and I know about a complimentary polish the week of our wedding and signed both of us up. Wonderful place.

The staff at Grandview Dental Care are the best! They are the nicest staff you ever want to work with. I give them an A+ and 5 STARS. Dr. Thompson is the best too. The are all so accommodating, professional and helpful.
