Was referred here for a strange endodontic case, and was treated today by Will & Helen! Both were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming the whole time. Will talked me through my case and made sure I knew my options and understood everything as it happened and recapped it all it at the end. Root canal was easy and painless, would totally recommend these guys for their expertise and the way they handle things! If you have any dental concerns, you're in totally safe hands with this crew, so get it sorted!
From my 1st consultation to end of treatment,Will and Alisha really put me at ease. The accommodation is pleasant and relaxing. Will gave excellent communication and took me through all the options for tooth diagnosis and repair options and possible outcomes. My comfort during treatment was always a priority. I have had excellent result and tooth has been saved. Thank you and can highly recommend recommend Towngate if you need dental work.
I had a fantastic experience at Towngate Dental Practice. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and at ease. The receptionist, Emma, was very welcoming. My teeth was cleaned by the dental hygienist, Mandy and one of the dental nurses, Hannah B. Just another 5 star review - because anything less would be absurd. Towngate Dental Practice is an exceptional place for the anxious dental patient or the seasoned veteran alike. Every single person one encounters in this building treat you like you're the most important person of the day. I can't possibly say enough good things about the staff or facilities here. Brilliant from door to door.
