The team are always so lovely and welcoming. They really put you at ease and take great care throughout the whole appointment. I always feel well looked after and genuinely appreciate the level of care they provide.
I saw the new dentist Ioannis for an urgent appointment. He was considerate, kind and very helpful and did everything he could to ensure I didn't have to wait longer than necessary for the end result. The reception staff and nurses were really helpful in providing quick appointments to speed up the process. I was most grateful for their kindness and consideration. Thank you All
I was referred by my dentist to the most brilliant Will Holmes as a previous Root Canal was giving me problems, Will explained all my options and we went with redoing the Root Canal. On the day of the appointment he was so lovely and looked after me. That was 6 months ago and I have returned today for a review appointment to see if all is well, Will and Alisha were so lovely I could have stayed longer 😃. I have been going to Towngate dental since I’ve had my very first teeth. I am now 22 and have had no fillings and no issues with my teeth at all. They’d pointed out that was grinding my teeth at night and recommended a guard which has stayed with me for about 3 years and have had no issues or breakages. I can’t recommend this practice enough. The hygienist Kate has been seeing me since I was a baby and it is so nice to come back every time to a professional and friendly environment.
I have used Towngate Dental Practice for a number of years and it has always been a friendly and professional practice. The staff and dental nurses are always helpful and supportive. I have just finished treatment with Ben who kept me informed at all times what he was doing and made sure I was at ease. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice. Also a mention to Kath who has been at this practice for as long as I have been attending and is always a friendly face on reception.
