I recommend Tower Honda of Longview to everyone I hear looking for a vehicle and let them know to see Jake Sloan. He is my go to salesman. I bought 2 cars from him then my niece bought 2, my daughter bought one and my exhusband just bought one today. Everyone is happy with their decision to car shop at Tower Honda. The service department is full of good knowledgeable staff. I'll be there again next year for my 3rd new vehicle for my birthday.

so amazing. the Honda Civic is AMAZING
This is ridiculous. I’ve been sitting and sitting while I wait on a simple inspection sticker. My car has been sitting out there ready for awhile now but they keep telling me I have to wait on Shannon because it’s her ticket. They were standing at their stations and appeared to be doing very little. Seriously nobody else can help???) I’ll probably get a comment that apologizes and says they’ll try to do better but no real action. Avoid the service dept if you can.
Great customer service. Paul helped us today and was so nice and got me into the car I wanted.
