I evacuated to Longview from Beaumont. My 2020 Honda Pilot needed some updates and was giving me a few problems on the way so I contacted Tower to see if I could bring it in even though I was so far away from my original dealer. Mr. Gary Carson took great care of my vehicle, kept me updated and had me going in no time. I appreciate all of the help! Thank you Tower!!!
I do not live in Longview, and when someone left a note on my car window (in a Longview parking lot) that there was a nail in one of the tires in my Honda, I was concerned about making it home to get it repaired where I bought the tires. I pulled into Tower, and they not only repaired the tire quickly, but did not charge me for it. I appreciated their “good neighbor” attitude so much and wanted to give them a shout out!

The nicest and easiest process I have ever had. Provided so many discounts and offers.
Had a car key replaced. Was told that if I found the old one I could bring it by and they would reprogram it no charge. I found it. Went to get it reprogrammed. Nope. “You have to pay for it.” When someone (individual or company) does not keep their word, I don’t want to deal with them again. If this is the way they do business with such an small issue, I definitely don’t want to do any further business ever again with them.
Mark made buying a car a very easy process. Didn't rush us and gave us time to make up our mind. Went above and beyond. And I got my favorite color.
