If Tower Honda had a service department that could actually service vehicles, it might have more repeat buyers. As it stands right now, I have bought my last Honda ever all due to their service and/or buying a major lemon. My first Honda was a 1977 Civic. My 2006 Civic still on the road with no major issues still, approaching 300,000 soon. My 2019 Insight: piece of garbage by 30000 miles and still having issues upon leaving the Tower Honda Service department after them having it for 2 1/2 days....

We were treated very well. We came to buy a CRV and we did. Just happened the color we wanted was on the show room floor. With the first oil change every thing went smoothly in making an appointment and the complimentary vac and wash is awesome!

Greatest car buying experience. From the sales staff all the way to the finance dept . They were friendly, courteous and helpful with any and all questions.
