Not a very friendly service they diagnose the problem and they did not rectified the problem spend over $800 I was not satisfied at all I shall not be using that company again
Have bought 2 brand new cars here, bought the car doc, went in for a oil change the douche in the service department was more than rude wouldn’t check to see if we could get a loaner, wouldn’t have them check the transmission because he KNEW what was wrong. Will NEVER do business here again!
So Honda in Longview lied to my dad's face saying my car needed inner and outer tirods(sp?) Wanted him to spend $1700... got it checked out in Virginia by the Honda he works at... THEY ARE FINE! TOWER HONDA LONGVIEW, TX TRIED TO SCREW US OVER! WAY TO GO TOWER HONDA, DIDN'T PULL ONE OVER ON US! Scary to think how many have been messed over by them. BEWARE!
