We had the best experience with buying our Dodge Journey yesterday. Jacob Sloane and Chris Walker were more than helpful in getting us in and out of the office in a timely manner and they were very professional. We had an issue last night with one of my windows not working and we called this morning and were told to bring it and it was fixed almost immediately. All around a great experience and we love our new family vehicle. Will definitely return for our next vehicle.
Very disappointed... I originally purchased my 2014 Honda Pilot from Fenton Honda. The sales agreement included free lifetime oil changes. I made an appointment to get my oil changed a few days ago. After driving 1.5 hours to get there, I was informed that Tower Honda had chosen not to honor the free oil changes any longer. Why wasn’t I told this when I made the appointment??? In addition to this, they call me incessantly (at least once per week, sometimes more often) to try and coerce me into trading in my Pilot. I love my ... read more

From the moment I purchased my car I’ve had nothing but the best experience with Tower Honda! They’re efficient, professional, and always going above and beyond to make sure my car and I are well taken care of. Couldn’t be more pleased with the dealership as a whole!
Very poor service, rude advisors and they left my tire pressure low and didn't even notice that one of my tires had a chunk missing. That could have been dangerous if I had not noticed soon after I left. Will not be returning.
