Tower Honda told me that they can’t remove a credit inquiry on there end. They are totally wrong. There the one that put it there. I only talked to the guy online and never even looked at a car.
I took my CRV to have the air conditioning worked on back in June. I was charged $600+ for a belt of some kind. Driving home that very day my ac still wasn't working correctly. I went back the next day and after looking at my car again I was told I would have to pay $1100 for a new compressor. I left because I could not afford that. Of course while I was waiting there I was approached and asked if I wanted to buy a new car. Very easy car buying experience without all the games most dealers play. Carlos was great to work with and listened to what we wanted and didn't try and talk us into a more expensive car.
