Jeff our salesperson was Outstanding! Unfortunately past that not so good. We never saw the Manager but he did email us saying he would like to help us, we did call him back but no return phone call. I do feel like they dropped the ball and feel horrible for Jeff since he worked so hard. We went with Holmes Honda they were great honest and actually spoke with us.. I do believe that was the key with the sale. Again Jeff could not have been better. He knows every detail about their cars!
Drove from Tyler because they had 3-5 pilots that I wanted. I showed up and they only have 1. Not the color I asked for either. Will never be back.
They ripped me off big time when I bought my car a few years ago. I've tried to make up for it by using their free oil changes since then. I always tell myself I'm never coming back here, but the free oil changes keep pulling me back in. Today I came in with a perfectly fine battery and they tell me it's dead. No time to take it somewhere else but I am SO DONE with them. DO NOT EVER USE TOWER HONDA FOR ANYTHING!!!
I live near Shreveport and we have a Honda dealership here however I drove the 60 miles to come buy our new Pilot from Tower. Everything was as smoothly as could possibly be, and that's how car buying should be. Great professional staff and I was there for a little more than an hour (which includes trading in a car and buying a new one)!
