Don't ever step foot on this place. If you have less than perfect credit score they will undoubtedly take advantage of you and find ways to screw you over. Complete waste of time.

Who dumps this sweet little girl out? She's been living at Tower Honda in Longview, TX for several weeks according to staff at the dealership. They're keeping her fed but she can't be caught, she'll come very close but you can't touch her. Let Tower know they should install a tiny doggy door in the service area so she can have shelter inside at night They've name her Ridgeline after the newly designed Honda Pick-up series...Sounds like with a name like that Tower should make her a keeper, she's their little mascot.
I wish I could give this 2 separate reviews. The sales department - Brian V. in particular - were stellar and worked with me to make this a doable thing! He's the only reason you got 3 stars. The service department was the worst I've ever encountered. We were ignored, told we didn't know what we were talking about, told I didn't have an appointment so it would be 3 hours longer than they originally told me (after I had confirmed said appointment that morning). I just noticed that Lenny Thomas is now working at Tower Honda and I felt I had to write this review. My family has bought several cars from Lenny over the years. Lenny from start to finish is great! I've been very happy to send my friends and family to him. If your going to shop at Tower Honda ask for Lenny you can't go wrong!
Tower Honda is THE BEST! Honda dealership EVER! My salesman Tim was great, explained the process, and had me in finance and insurance in no time. Monday, I bought my auto insurance from Farm Bureau of Louisiana, and Tim delivered my Civic Monday afternoon. Tim O'Farrell is fantastic! He will take care of you if your credit is not the greatest, and find a way to get a deal done. Thank you Tim and THANK YOU TOWER HONDA!!!!!
I came here after being turned down so many other places in May and Jake Sloan got me approved and in a car with a price I could afford in about two hours. The whole process took about four hours but not once was I pressured, ignored or treated badly in any way. I plan on continued patronage to Tower Honda as long as they continue the great relationship we've developed. My daughter is even looking at a purchase from here in the future.
Don't waste your time here , to high and terrible salesman, was literally told by salesman "he wasn't paid hourly and wasn't going to show me a van if we didn't commit to buying from him" he said this after he heard we were shopping around for a better price , well who can blame me since Holmes Honda in Shreveport was 4000 $ cheaper.... they told us they would price match , that's why we went back in a second time to look at it again and discuss that , but after the salesman basically said he "wasn't going to bring the van a... read more
