Loved them at first, but now....I can't stand them. I got two used vehicles last year and thought I was getting a great deal.....nope. The Taurus they sold me had all kinds of problems they hid. Plus the free oil changes for life has now changed, even though that's not in what I agreed to when purchasing these vehicles....I have to wait till an oil light is on or oil life is at 15%? We purchase a 2015 CR-V last Friday. Our sale consultant was Nathan Bangert. He was very instrumental in our decision to buy this car -- very courteous and knowledgeable plus he was very enthused about his product with good reason. This is a very nice vehicle -- gets great gas mileage with a smooth ride and plenty of get up and go while looking good. I look forward to driving this small SUV for many years to come.
Haven't been there but I did encounter three of their employees at Tele's in Longview. I recognized them because they were wearing the Fenton Honda logo. They also parked in the slashed lined area between two handicapped parking places, making it impossible for the handicapped to get in or out of their autos. Tells me a lot about the dealership!
