The product amazing however I spent $212 which $42 was on overnight shipping ID# 39535747 I received the product 6 days later contacted via email got multiple ticket numbers the phone number has a 6-8 hour estimate time wait my order number 6776768 could y’all credit the account or refund the shipping I do plan on making more purchase

I placed an order April 2, received April 7, after getting the wrong order I called was on hold 6 hours to get information on how to get the correct product sent, I was informed to return as I did the very next day APRIL 8, tracking shows got to them April 13. I placed an order on 4/13. I was provided info that it was shipped and I would receive it on Thursday 4/16. When I track the package it is still showing as label created only! When I call the line does not go through and I have tried several times. I’ve never had an issue before but I paid almost $200 for my products and o have no info on where they are!!!! So I have been trying to contact the company since Friday through email and phone (I did the service where they’d call you back). i have been trying to speak with a agent for 2 days I was sent a tracking number for second day air and my package still has not arrived. UPS has started an investigation and says the merchant created a label and never shipped my package. I am furious and will never order from them again.
