I placed an order through TLC’s site one week ago for a freedom package. I received an email including a tracking number that I was told would be active within 24-48 hours upon me placing order. Tracking number provided still is not active a week later I have contacted customer service number (which does not work), tried the live chat option (which does not work), and emailed about my order which I am still waiting on a reply for. This company is no good anymore. They lost my package for the second time I'm not able to get in touch with anybody phone's disconnected do not work and they will not respond to my emails I spent $163 plus for this package.I ordered two items they ship one of two and the other one is still hanging in limbo somewhere. This is the second time that they have lost my product I paid too much money for... I will never order anything from this company... just based on the fact that my shipping address is incorrect on my invoice tried to reach out to them multiple times. I waited 4 hours only to get hung on twice. I sent multiple emails and put in a ticket and still got no response. The customer service sucks and I am completely turned off by it. This complaint is not towards the company as a whole, but one of your representatives scammed me into purchasing this product under false pretense that she was offering free virtual training upon the purchase of this product. She is now non-responsive to my communication efforts and unfortunately it is now 5 days past the authorized return date. I would like a refund. I have recently joined this company and although I LOVE THE PRODUCTS. The customer service is crazy I do not look forward to calling them at all! One day my longest hold time was 3 hours and 45 minutes and it was a must or i would offing up. I have signed several people up and didn't receive any commission.
