I am a current TOTAL LIFE CHANGER & my account got deactivated by TLC I submitted the pictures they where asking for and send them the proof to 2 different emails and they said that they have received the email and that i can now use my Back Office. This company is a lie, i order the cbd tea and the liquid vitamin and only received the drink not my tea i paid for (60) dollars.I contacted customer serves and they told me to fill a claim out so i did and i haven't heard anything back. The live chat was trouble, i waited about 2 hours and when i was second in line or close to getting helped it would boot me off and i had to start all over again. DONT BELIEVE YOUR INSTAGRAM HAIR STYLIST AND THE YOUTUBERS THAT REVIEW AND WORK WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I called to check on the status of my order Order #5838136 and recieved the worst experience ever. I was excited to join TLC and waited for my kit to come in. When I called I was told that I chose will call, meaning I was to pick up my package from corporate in Michigan. Ordered the Iaso tea with extract. Received the order and tried it for 2 weeks. It is supposed to be money back guaranteed, so I have called the company to find out what i need to do to receive my refund and no one ever answers the customer service phone number. You remain on hold for an hour and still no one ever come to the phone. Dont order from this company. I placed a order with this company, they sent me a tracking number but they never sent the order to postal service to be shipped. I contacted the company and they lady I spoke with was rude and had a nasty attitude. She said they will send a replacement order but I havent received it yet. I will not order from them again.
