Brilliant service in store and with the fitting, price was very good too.
Excellent, wanted to get a carpet from a local independant store. Was very quick, went in sorted a date for them to come out and measure up. Then it was fitted a week later. The guys were very pleasant, got on with fitting the carpet and did it in a very timely manner. Very pleased and will use again
What a fantastic company and team of people working there! We met Nickki first when we went into Total carpets after being let down by our initial carpet supplier and wow, what a blessing in disguise that was. Nikki helped us from the get go by contacting Steve to come and help us. Steve who is an expert in customer service helped us massively from finding a carpet we love, at a fair price and fitting that was perfectly suited to us- in a couple of stages after we’ve finished work.
