This is the best bootcamp around in my opinion. It's fun, friendly and different every week so I never dread going! Each class is an hour long but it whizzes by - something I've never found with other classes. David and Matt are really encouraging whilst also catering for all levels / abilities. I've been going for over a year now and thoroughly look forward to my Monday and Wednesday night classes.

My wife found this set up and bought me 2 weeks classes as a Birthday Present ! She knew I was looking for a way to get stronger, get fitter, and lose weight - take back control of my health. Im so glad she found this place. Ive only been going about 4 weeks now and already lost over 8lbs just by attending. I've cut back on cakes and snacks etc, but no serious diet as such. An amazing Bootcamp for all. I have been going for sometime now and I am really enjoying it. Excellent work out sessions after a long day at work. David and Matt are excellent coaches with great knowledge and experiences. Both are committed and encouraging to achieve desired goals. With their support and our Bootcamp family, every work out becomes easier and enjoyable. Thank you total Bootcamp for making a difference and to keep me coming. I would definitely recommend.
