It was convenient to be able to check in online from home. When I arrived, they gave me my paperwork and called me back as soon as I was finished. The medical assistant was in the room no later than 5 minutes later to take my vitals and my medical history. My tests were performed very quickly. The provider listened to my concerns, and was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis. What could have taken 6+ hours at the ER only took 1/2 the time.
This is my first time going to Urgent Care. I was very pleasantly surprise. I was having a problem with my eye, so I stopped by the pharmacist that I go to and she advised me to go to Urgent Care to have it checked out. I came in and was immediately greeted by the young lady at the front desk., I filled out the short paperwork, and then I was called to the back to be seen. Was seen immediately. No wait time. Andrew was very willing to take time to explain "in detail" the possible culprit for concern as well as the testing and course of action that could be used to attack said culprit. He was very consciences that we were paying out of pocket (No insurance). I loved the fact that Pharmacy was onsight. The last thing you want to do with a sick child is wait at a Pharmacy to fill RX. Great staff very short wait time. In and out under an hour and a half. Was able to pay on site. Definitely use them the next time.
