I went to Total Access Urgent Care this week and was very happy with their service! Staff was friendly, care was excellent!
Great friendly staff got me in right away, they were able to diagnose my issue, provided clear care instructions, got my prescriptions written and gave me solid referrals for follow-up. Couldn’t be happier about how I was treated.

So.......I went to Urgent Care in November of 2017. I paid my $20.00 co-pay and my insurance was billed. On March 1, 2018 Urgent Care decided to charge my bank account $8.95 without my permission or authorization. I will get to the bottom of this tomorrow but in the mean time my main gripe is what gives you the right to charge my bank account without my permission??? Lets say I didn't have the money and it sent my account into over drawn.....I would be on your doorstep and you would have returned it. This is a sneaky way of ... read more

I went with a bad dog bite by own animal i knew i would have to put him down not only did they take great care of me but prepared me for that ,Thanks Andrew & Staff you where all great
No wait time at all. All staff was very nice. Very impressed by the setup and examination rooms. Definitely will return if need too in future.
