I generally don't go to urgent care providers because the experience has generally been negative. However, at the suggestion of a friend & neighbor I went to our local Total Access. I just walked in without pre-registering on the website. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I had an injury to my foot. They saw me quickly and took what I thought was appropriate action to determine what was wrong. Thankfully the x-ray showed it wasn't fractured. This place was awesome! Best urgent care I have experienced for so many reasons: Comfortable environment Hardly any wait time Everyone was happy and smiling/positive energy Dr. Was super nice and shook my hand. TV in the exam room playing cartoons for the kids. Dr. Offered to let me look at my daughters ear with her instrument. Walked us out to the front desk when done and warmly thanked us for coming. I was so impressed with our experience!
My ONLY complaint is that they didn’t even offer to send my antibiotics out to another place to be filled. I’m sure they would have been cheaper elsewhere. Otherwise, a very nice staff. Friendly, quick, caring, relaxed, and all around great!

I am totally pleased with the services received at TAUC, VERY PROFESSIONAL!! I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND THE AFTERNOON AT THE E.R. I WAS SEEN IN A MATTER OF MINUTES, RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CARE, I AM PLANNING TO RETURN , IF THE NEED ARISES. I WILL REFER OTHERS TO UR BUSINESS!!
