I felt like they truely cared. They were thorough . I walked in hunched over with stomach issues and the worst headache. And walked out no headache and standing up straight. Best care I've ever received in a urgent care or WE. I've recommended it to all my friends..
The whole team was wonderful. As soon as I walked in and they saw how much pain I was in, they took me right in. They were so passionate about what they were doing and kept me informed about everything including making me feel comfortable.

We needed to go to Total Access Urgent Care on Thanksgiving for Bob. I was not at all thrilled about going to an urgent care since I have been to other ones in the past and wasn't happy with them at all. To my surprise the Total Access was wonderful. The place was very clean the people were very nice and the doctor there was very knowledgeable and fixed Bob right up. Thank you Total Access we will definitely go back there again. This was the new on in Florissant on N. Hwy 67.

Great experience. The entire staff were friendly and professional. I was seen quickly and before I left I was already feeling better. The bonus was that if I didn't want to make another trip to get my prescriptions filled, they offered to get it filled right there on the spot! I hate hospitals and emergency rooms because of the long endless wait, but this place I love. This is my go to place from now on..
