I was very impressed with the service & care I received this Monday for an infected cuticle. The place was very clean, and the EMT, Gracie was very friendly and thorough in her assessment. The nurse PR actioner was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff made me feel at ease. I told Gracie I just earned my EMT-B license and she told me to apply here. She has worked in many places but loves working at Total Access Urgent Care. Very impressed with this urgent care in Florissant!

I went to the new Florissant location, and it was wonderful, got in and out with medication under 1 hour. Great service, Great Care, and wonderful and friendly employees who took good care of me while I was there, I definitely would recommend TAUC to all who needs minor care, Thanks for your kindness and service.
