I went to Total Access Urgent Care Saturday for what I thought was shingles. Check in online and appointment was given immediately. Went down there. The people there were all so nice. Office very clean and the staff seemed to really care. I was in and out quickly with the diagnosis. No not shingles but poison ivy. This is a great place to use, if needed. Located at St. Jean and N. Lindbergh.
I was not able to get in to see my doctor for vertigo, so I was told by doctor office to go to an urgent care. I went to the new location on Lindbergh in Florissant and was very please with the service and time being seen. I would recommend if you can not be seen by your physician, try Urgent Care. Open 7 days a weeks. Thanks for service provided.

Wasnt sure what to expect but everyone was very pleasant, smiled, joked with me. The care i got was amazing, explained what was going on the whole step of the way for my care. Dr made me feel like i was his only patient., no rushing or anything. Facility was spotless

I absolutely was thrilled at the promptness, respect and happy atmoshere of this place. I was in and out in record breaking time and will go back when I can't get into my doctor right away.
I sprained my ankle Thursday night and went to urgent care the next morning. There was basically no wait time, I was seen quickly and the cost without insurance was reasonable. They also fill prescriptions on site so its a one stop shop. Everyone was friendly and made my experience a great one. This will the only place my family and I will go going further.
