I carpool and dropped my sister off. Total Access was right across the street on HWY K so I ran in there hoping for a quick strep test! They were amazing, very efficient and it was quick. Sadly, I did test positive for strep but there was no waiting. I even got my prescription there so I didn't have to wait in line in Walgreens - although it was quite a bit more expensive ($15 for amoxicillin).
Very thankful for TAUC and their wonderful care for my family and myself.
This was my 3rd trip to Total Access off Hway K in Ofallon. We were in and out in 30 minutes. X-rays taken, brace given , copy of X-rays made. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. So thankful to have one near me.
Best urgent care around, they even do in house lab work! My daughter was dehydrated after a recent surgery and needed IV fluids. They covered all the bases and tested her for a UTI, too. Staff and nurses were amazing with wonderful bedside manner. Truly impressed and will never go anywhere else if we need emergency care.
In and out in about an hour. Under $300 including the visit, Xrays, a boot for my broken foot and pain meds. Everyone was really nice. Will definitely be back if I'm unfortunate enough to need to.

We had to make an emergency visit to the O'Fallon location on Monday after my husband was badly bitten by our two dogs. The entire staff was amazing - immediately getting him into a trauma room and beginning treatment. His doctor ( Dr. Meghan I believe) was great and an extra special thank you to our trauma nurse Janet - we appreciate your humor helping to lighten the stressful situation - you are a gem!
