Caring, competent staff and a clean, modern facility make Total Access Urgent Care my family's go-to for quick care. From sore throats to a broken leg, we have always received excellent care here, and it sure beats waiting in an ER waiting room for hours! From the providers and techs to the billing folks, the staff are experienced and compassionate. I highly recommend Total Access!
First visit and will be back. In and out quickly. Convenient location. Diagnosed quickly, treatment was professional. They answered all of my questions and I was feeling much better in no time. I am embarrassed that I can't tell you the names of everyone that assisted because they were all very, very good.
Total Access Urgent Care was not only convenient but very professional and accommodating. All of the staff were very nice and compassionate. If I needed emergent care again I would choose this urgent care before going to the Emergency Room at a local hospital. Kudos to Meghan, Joshua and Ramon (I think�) From the reception desk to the treatment room was an absolutely phenomenal experience! I'm a nurse by profession and was completely satisfied with the patience that was given to me as well as the care that was provided!
