I have been to two TAUC locations now and the experiences there always exceed my expectations. They are so prompt, professional, and extremely friendly. This company hires really incredible people. Yesterday I walked in (with no wait) and got a chest xray, breathing treatment, steroid shot, and meds in hand in under an hour. Being sick is no fun but you can count on them taking great care of you! And quickly!
Great experience this morning. Checked in online, no wait times and everyone was kind, professional and so helpful.
This place is amazing. My husband and I had the flu so we went to total access. So friendly so professional they took very good care of us they knew exactly what we needed and I am happy to say that day we felt 90% better day two probably 95% better and we are definitely getting better. I've recommended total access to every one of my friends and I will go there again when I need to. P.S. next year I think I'll get the flu shot
I went in with my very sick son was rudely told they don't accept medicaid. After being rudely told they needed my id and insurance which i new but had the issue of holding my infant and couldn't get to it immediately. Horrible experience will never go to another one.
