I went to my doctor and a whooping cough swab kit had to be ordered, as there was not one available in the office. (There is a short 2 week refrigerated shelf life with this swabbing.) Total Access was the ONLY urgent care facility that had the kit available. I must have called 10 other locations.The O'Fallon, MO location is brand new, and the staff was totally professional. Went twice... First for thumb problem and then the next day for pink eye.. Both times I was greeted immediately... Waited maybe 5 minute and was taken to a room... Both times the staff was great... They always made sure you knew when they were and what was going on... Both times only there about an hour total time
I had my 1st visit at total access urgent care today. I was very pleased with the staff and the time frame of being seen, Immediately. I would definitely recommend to any one who needs to be seen urgently. Everyone was Friendly, knowledgeable and Compassionate!
They were quick, kind, and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. It was refreshing to have multiple medical professionals that were apologizing for taking so long (in which they didn’t) and knowledgeable about their field. I can’t recommend them enough! Better than my doctor’s office and any other urgent care I’ve ever been to!
My visit was very quick and informative thanks to the great staff. The facility is also very clean. Will definitely be returning.
My daughter was examined and diagnosed rather quickly. Service was good and my questions were answered!
Great visit as usual. Always very attentive and so so nice.
